Northumbria Daybreak provides support, skills training, work experience and sport and leisure activities for adults with learning disabilities.

With branches at Oakwood near Hexham,

Minsteracres near Consett and the Ouseburn Valley in Newcastle, we attract people from as far north as Ashington, as far south as Bishop Auckland and from the coast across to the county border with Cumbria.

To empower adults with disabilities to lead independent, socially inclusive and healthy lives and enable them to feel valued within the community
